Adam Crowe

Adam began playing guitar when he was 11 years old and ukelele when he was 8.
In 1999, at the age of 16, Adam wrote and recorded "Who Knows", his first album of instrumental soundscapes.
With Keith Batlin he formed FreeSound in 2001- together they have written 3 albums of music in the genres of rock, blues, funk and roots reggae and have performed over 700 shows. In conjunction with his work with FreeSound, Adam does solo acoustic finger-style, delta blues, classical and island styles and his world music project is a collaboration with Carlo Fuentes.

Carlo Fuentes

(b Novato, CA, 1985) grew up in a musical family (father Val Fuentes of 60's band "It's a Beautiful Day" --of White Bird fame) and began playing piano around 4 or 5. Though he took lessons for many years, enjoyment came primarily from figuring things out by ear, mostly simple melodies from movies and popular songs.
At 15 he taught himself how to play drums and began to gig locally around his hometown in numerous projects.
Since then he has performed on drums and vocals in a variety of bands, covering a multitude of genres such as metal, progessive rock, funk, ska, reggae, and psychedelic.
A chameleon of musical style, Carlo is constantly searching for new sounds and inspiration.
Upon graduating college Carlo found more time to pursue music as an art and as a medium of enlightened communication between humans.
With the project Unfolding... , he is preparing for perhaps the most ambitious project to date, one that has already required him to use a mixture of live and electronic percussion, piano, synths, flutes, and vocal. Carlo presses forward with even further conviction that music should be made for the sheer love of its creation. Peace...creativity...
